Middesk partners and customers may wish to restrict their access to Middesk to a certain set of IP addresses. If an IP pool is set on your Middesk account, any access to Middesk's API and dashboard outside of the IP pool will be blocked.
If an IP pool has not been set for your account, Middesk's API and dashboard can be accessed from any IP's.
