Enabling Directory Sync

Directory Sync is a feature that enables seamless synchronization of user directories across multiple systems and applications. It provides a single source of truth for enterprise directory data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information about employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Configuring Directory Sync

To enable this feature, please find the Directory Sync section in your team settings page.

You'll be able to configure a connection with your directory provider by clicking the Configure button on the Directory Sync section. There is a guided setup process available to help you configure Directory Sync with many of the most popular identity providers. For more advanced configurations, you can also configure a custom SAML or OpenID Connect integration.

After you have successfully set up the connection , you'll be able to see users being created.
