Secretary of State registration verification results appear as review tasks on the Business object. This page describes their types, statuses, and messages. ## SOS filings status review task Check the business's Secretary of State registration status across all states where it's registered. The SOS Filings Status review task is unique because it can return more than one review task and each outcome has a distinct `key`. Other review tasks return one review task with a single fixed `key`. For example, consider a scenario where Middesk found 3 registrations for a given business; one is active, one is unknown, and one is inactive.
